When you have a promotional code, please follow these steps to redeem it in the game:
Finish the tutorial and the new player onboarding experience.
Select the gear in the top right of the main menu to open the settings.
Go the the General tab and select redeem code in the bottom left.
Enter your code and hit confirm.
