Divisions and Ranks
In Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, players are divided into 7 Divisions:
- Iron
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Legendary
Each Division from Iron to Diamond has 5 Ranks, for a total of 30 Ranks to be climbed until reaching Legendary Division.
Honours
Win Ranked matches to earn Honours and increase your Rank. Streaks provide extra Honours. Every 5 ranks you reach new Division. Once reached, you cannot drop to a lower Division until the end of the season.
To go from one rank to the next (for example from Bronze I to Bronze II), players need to earn a certain amount of Honours. Honours are earned by winning matches. Each match won grants an Honour, and each match lost removes an Honour, with a few exceptions:
- Players on Iron division do NOT lose Honours upon defeat
- Players on Bronze division cannot lose the last Honour of their current Rank and can NOT be demoted to a lower Rank
- Players on Rank 1 on divisions Silver to Diamond cannot lose the last Honour and can NOT be demoted to a lower Division
- Matches that end up in a Draw do not grant or remove any Honours.
- Players who win 3 or more matches in a row enter a Win Streak, during which victories grant 2 Honours instead of 1
- Win Streaks are lost upon Losing or Drawing a match.
The amount of Honours required to complete a Rank on each Division are:
- Iron: 2
- Bronze: 3
- Silver: 4
- Gold: 5
- Platinum: 5
- Diamond: 5
Legendary Rank
Players who reach the Legendary division will no longer earn or lose Honours, and will instead receive a Faction Rating of 2500 for each faction. Their Global Rating is the average of their top four Faction Ratings.
Season Reset
At the end of each season all players lose two ranks. Players above 3000 Global Rating remain in Legendary Division, with their Faction Ratings reset to 2500.
