Completing Missions provides Campaign points for your selected faction. Your selected faction is the last one you chose in the Campaign menu, and can be changed at any time.

To change your selected faction, simply go to the Campaign menu, select a new one on the top-right bar, and it will become your selected faction until you decide to change it again.
